Isn't drama great...NOT! :-) My husband broke his second to smallest toe over the summer and taping it to another toe helped. Just make sure not to do it too long because walking like that after the bone is healed can cause the pain to stick around longer. Good luck!

Are you taking medicinal chocolate? Resting your poor foot on a fluffy pillow? Making Neil wait on you hand and foot? I hope you.

*hugs*

Here's a second on the taping. I broke my toe--either the pinky or the one next to it--the first summer I lived in Texas. I was jumping off the bathroom counter after changing a lightbulb that B hadn't changed yet because I wanted to prove that even though I was engaged, I didn't need a man. And then B came home & waited my self-pitying injured self. :) I also slept with it elevated on a pillow every night, and iced it once or twice a day for about a week. It took about a month to heal. But yeah--doctors won't do anything for that but take your money.

Hope it gets better quick!

Hi! Just thought I'd stop by for a visit. I am very sympathetic about the little piggy. I broke a toe a few years ago, and I must say that it was quite painful! I agree about taping and icing--both good ideas.

Jennifer

Ouch about the toe! Have you tried taping it to the toe next to it. Keeping it stable might help with the pain.

I am on the verge of a Shetland Triangle myself, I just love that pattern!

Spring cannot come fast enough for me! Bravo for you sitting outside bundled up. I am tired of snow and I think we are still suppose to get more here this week (wisconsin) ugh!

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of morons, either, although they do allow for a certain amount of self-righteousness on the part of us non-morons, don't they??

As to the toe, I agree with all prior advice dispensed heretofore. I further recommend a stiff margarita.
