Does the sting of a rejection letter feel a little less sharp if the letter has a misspelling?
The answer is "yes". Only a little, though.

Rejection letter error? Ha! Just shows how good THEY are! (Anyway, now you know that you don't want their copy editors touching your stuff. Who knows what they would do to it?)

rejection always feels bad - but something tells me that publisher wasn't up to standards. Keep on! (hugs)
